Spring of 2008, Rick and Jim Starnes, the two brothers, decided Downtown Brighton needed a place to come in and relax. After much research, Jim came to the conclusion that a coffee shop was needed downtown. After months of demolition, cleaning, building out, testing product, and more cleaning, the shop finally opened during the first week of December. Throughout the cold winter, we gained many loyal customers who fell in love with the delightful atmosphere they were exposed to every day they came in. Rain or shine, early in the morning or late at night,  the employees of Two Brothers Coffee are always smiling.
